In 1992 I founded DIS with two other parents. Our vision was to provide an international education in a warm atmosphere with a high academic standard. Today we can say that we have managed to achieve this. In the Secondary School we have a thriving IB Middle Years Programme and excellent IB Diploma results and more than 90% our students continue their studies at universities. In our Elementary School we have happy and contented students that flourish in our stimulating environment.
We treat our students with respect and one of our strengths is the positive relationship between the teachers and our students. The concerns and ideas of our parents are important to us and we take them seriously.
Our goal for now and the future is to maintain “A high academic standard with a human touch.”
